Frankie has magic in her fingertips. There’s no other explanation! We saw countless houses before we started working with her, and she tirelessly showed us many more as she was getting to know our needs and preferences (which were often beyond our very firm budget). The house we finally wound up in is one that many agents would have overlooked, but it is perfect for us in every way. Frankie’s respect for our budget was also awesome, and the fact that she never pushed us toward making an offer on a house that wasn’t right for us. House hunting is awful but our family of 4 needed a bigger and forever place.
